How We Work

  1. You contact us with information about your joinery requirements.
  2. We will review and reply asking for any further information needed.
  3. For all fixed items to be fitted within a room, we arrange a meeting to discuss your requirements and carry out a survey for which we charge a fee that will be refunded if you proceed with the manufacture of your item(s).
  4. For loose furniture items, the above is not required.
  5. Following the initial meeting and survey, we provide an estimate for the design work
  6. On acceptance of the design estimate, we require a 50% deposit and the design phase will proceed.
  7. On your approval of designs and payment of the final 50% of the design fee, we provide final costings on manufacture, fittings and installation. We require a deposit of 75% before manufacture begins.
  8. On receipt of the final costings, we deliver and install your bespoke joinery.
  9. We invoice you for the final payment with a refund of the initial fee (if applicable).
